United Christian Church's Trunk or Treat!

We're hosting our 8th Annual Halloween Event with a Trunk or Treat event on Sunday evening, October 29th. This is a wonderful opportunity for community-wide outreach and fellowship, and there's something for everyone to do! Come join the fun with our church family and neighborhood friends (and beyond) in celebrating this annual Halloween tradition!
Gameplan:
Our goal is to have 25 themed cars in the main area of the parking lot. These cars will hand out candy to the kids who walk from trunk-to-trunk trick or treating...hence trunk or treat!
Ways you can help:
1. Sign up to be a trunk on Sunday, October 29. We need 25 cars to really make this event feel full. The experience will be enhanced if you can offer a game (ring toss, "cake" walk, etc.) for the roaming trick-or-treaters.
2. Come attend the event as a UCC Greeter and walk around the event (5-7pm)
3. Come early to help direct traffic as the trunks park in advance of the event (330-430pm)
4. Sit inside the Fellowship Hall to direct folks to the restrooms and visit with guests. (5-7pm)
5. Stay a little after the event to help clean up. (7-8pm)
6. BRING CANDY! We need lots and lots of candy to make this event successful. What is donated will supplement what the trunks already have. Non-candy items (stickers, little toys, tattoos, etc.) are also welcome! If you are able, please bring items or have it shipped to the church. We'll have a Candy Monster in the fellowship hall.
