Fellowship Opportunities
Sharing what's happening in our lives with one another is an important part of our community. We offer many opportunities for folks to visit - at the church, online, and around town!

Picture
Coffee and Cookies
On Sundays, we have coffee and cookies available in our Fellowship Hall before and after the 10 am service. This allows us time to visit with one another and catch up. Let the church office know if you'd like to volunteer to bring the cookies one week!

Second Sunday Social
On the Second Sunday of the month, all ages are welcome to gather for our intergenerational lunch fellowship. We call this the Second Second Social, and most often, we meet for lunch in the outdoor patio area of Aviator Pizza & Drafthouse, just down the street from the church at 4005 Parmer Ln. This is a fun, casual time to visit with one another, an extension of our coffee hour into a pizza hour!

Breakfast Fellowship
Every Tuesday at 8:15am
This group meets each Tuesday morning at 8:00 am at Jim's Restaurant, 12832 Research Blvd, Austin, TX 78750. All are welcome to join for breakfast and fellowship.
Contact: Kenneth Dalley.

Lunch Bunch
2nd Friday of the month at 11:15am
Everyone is invited to a casual dutch-treat lunch at a Northwest Austin restaurant for time to visit with one another. Please contact Kenneth Dalley if you're coming so he can make a reservation for you.
We have a number of active book groups here at United Christian Church. All of the groups are currently meeting on Zoom.
All groups are open and it is certainly okay to attend here and there, as your schedule allows. If you are interested in joining on Zoom or have questions about this series, please
email Church Administrator Kelley DeCleene.  Any interested readers are encouraged to join for
"fellowship, friendship, and faith formation as we flip through pages of fact & fiction!"

Spirit of Love Conversations Book Group

Our faith-based book club meets on Zoom each Tuesday at 1:00pm.  The group is currently  discussing "After the Last Border: Two Families and the Story of Refuge in America" by our own Jessica Goudeau. The group goes chapter-by-chapter each Tuesday on Zoom at 1pm.  Each week is self-contained so it's certainly okay if you can't make it for each meeting or would like to jump in here or there. Anyone in the group has the opportunity to take a turn leading the weekly discussion, but this is not a requirement for participation. All interested readers are welcome to join, even here or there, so please grab your copy of the book and join the discussions!

If you are interested in attending the group and need the Zoom info, please email
 uccadmin@uccaustin.org.
